Coablation
The term Coablation is derived from controlled ablation in which there is a system of radio frequency bipolar electric current that passes the normal saline which results in the production of plasma fields of sodium ions. These sodium ions vaporize the tissue at the temperature of 600C which in turn reduces pains and healing time. Coablation tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy are a much better alternative than conventional tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.
